Meet the ChrysCapital team

Ms. Soobiah is the Director and Programme Manager of the Global Integrations/Change Management at Apex Financial Services (Mauritius) Ltd (“AFSML”) (ex SANNE Mauritius and International Financial Services). She is a Fellow of the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants with 24 years of post-qualification experience. Ms. Soobiah started her career at De Chazal Du Mée, a representative of Andersen Worldwide, in Mauritius, where her focus evolved from financial and business to strategy consulting. She joined AFSML in June 2011 and headed the change management function for Mauritius. She also worked at Ernst and Young, Mauritius, in the IT consultancy arm. After a decade in consulting, she moved to the business process outsourcing industry at Rogers Outsourcing Solutions as a business development manager and subsequently at Accenture Mauritius Ltd as senior manager, heading an operations team of more than 200 people to deliver finance and accounting outsourcing services to a portfolio of international clients across different industries. Ms. Soobiah is a member of the Mauritius Institute of Directors and sits on the board of several global business license companies.

Ms. Choomka is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants UK and joined Apex Financial Services Ltd (“AFSML” previously known as SANNE Mauritius and International Financial Services Ltd) in 2005 after graduating from the University of Mauritius with a BSc (Hons) in Accounting with Information Systems. Ms. Choomka has developed her professional career at AFSML and has held multiple roles with the company during her 18 years with the firm. She also has comprehensive experience as an executive in operations, client success management, and performance optimization and is presently a Director (Client Services), heading one of the Private Equity departments, responsible for service delivery management and operational effectiveness. She is also involved in several Compliance and AML projects, ensuring implementation of the AML Framework. Prior to that, Ms. Choomka had experience in hedge funds (including Net Asset Value calculation), corporates, trusts, and rightshoring services for financial reporting. She has also supported project management, building new departments from scratch, migration, and deployment of certain strategic business initiatives of the group. Ms. Choomka serves as director on several boards of global business companies, including closed-ended funds and CIS Managers.

Ms. Bissessur, Senior Manager, is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, UK. She graduated with a BSc (Hons) in Economics from the University of Mauritius and has been with Apex Financial Services (Mauritius) Ltd (“AFSML,” formerly known as International Financial Services Limited, then SANNE Mauritius) for 20+ years. At AFM, she developed wide-ranging skills in financial reporting, regulatory, tax, legal, administration, anti-money laundering and corporate secretarial fields. She led several teams and handled a portfolio of companies, comprising collective investment schemes, private equity funds, SPVs, and trusts, with extensive experience in client services. Currently, she is leading the implementation of a Centralised Bank and Payment Transfer Unit, where she spearheads all bank-related matters and is the lead relationship person with various banks. Ms Bissessur also serves as director of several global business companies, including funds.

Ms. Jeewoolall-Jessoo is a Director (Client Services) at Apex Financial Services (Mauritius) Ltd (“AFSML”). She is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, UK, and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Economics (Hons) from the University of Mauritius. Before joining AFMSL in September 2003, she was in the Audit department with PricewaterhouseCoopers (Mauritius). At AFSML, she headed different teams responsible for the administration and accounting of private equity funds and global business companies for several years. Then, she joined the onboarding and structuring team. Over the years, she has developed in-depth knowledge of the financial services sector and practical know-how on global business entities’ operations, regulatory, and compliance aspects. She sits on the board of several global business companies and investment funds.

Kunal Shroff is the Managing Partner at ChrysCapital and has been with the firm since 1999.  He manages the organization and plays a critical role across various functions including investments, portfolio management and client relations. Kunal was previously at Chilton Investment Company where he covered technology stocks, and at Goldman Sachs in their principal investment area in New York where he focused on private equity and mezzanine investments. He received a BS in computer science with magna cum laude honours from Cornell University.  Kunal sits on the Board of Edelgive Foundation and is also a Founder of Ashoka University.

Sanjay has been with ChrysCapital since April 2000 and is the firm’s Chief Investment Officer, managing overall investment strategy and portfolio construction. Sanjay received an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore and graduated with a BA in economics from Delhi University.

Sanjiv has been with ChrysCapital since July 2004. He has 27 years of management experience in the pharmaceuticals industry prior to ChrysCapital, of which the last two decades were with Ranbaxy, one of India’s largest pharmaceutical companies. Sanjiv held several key leadership positions including country head for China, regional director for India and the Middle East and the vice president and head of corporate affairs for Ranbaxy. Sanjiv received an AMP from Harvard Business School, an MBA from Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad and is a pharmacy graduate.

Ashley has been with ChrysCapital since March 2000 and oversees target company diligence, regulatory / industry relationships and the middle office for finance, administrative and client relations. Previously, he was with KPMG, in its information technology and U.S. GAAP practices. Ashley was involved in the ADR issues and NYSE / NASDAQ listings of several leading Indian companies. Ashley is a rank-holding Chartered Accountant and received a Bachelor’s degree in commerce from Mumbai University.

Gaurav has been with ChrysCapital since August 2004 and focuses on the client relations function. Previously, he was a part of the M&A group at Lazard Frères and Merrill Lynch. Gaurav received an MBA from INSEAD and a Bachelor’s degree in commerce and economics from the University of Virginia.

Akshat has been with ChrysCapital since September 2011 and leads investments in IT and Business services sector. He was previously with Goldman Sachs on the equity sales desk. Akshat received an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad and a Bachelor’s degree in commerce from Delhi University.

Ankit has been with ChrysCapital since June 2021 and focuses on investments in the Financial Services sector. He was previously CFO at AJ Capital in Singapore, and prior to that was with GIC’s PE team in India. Ankit received an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore and a Bachelor’s in engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur.

Kshitij has been with ChrysCapital since April 2011 and leads investments in New Economy and Pharmaceuticals sectors. He was previously with Citigroup Global Capital Markets. Kshitij received an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore and a BS in Economics from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.

Puneet has been with ChrysCapital since December 2015 and oversees the treasury, finance & operations, corporate governance, due diligence, structuring, audit committees, and internal audit functions for the fund and portfolio companies. Previously, he was with Value Quest, where he led the finance and operations team. Prior to ValueQuest, Puneet was with Religare and Macquarie’s private equity finance teams, KPMG’s transaction services / financial due diligence practice in Dallas, Texas and Moore Stephens in Muscat, Oman. Puneet is a Certified Public Accountant, Chartered Accountant and received a Bachelor’s degree in commerce from Rajasthan University.

Raghav has been with ChrysCapital since September 2003 and leads investments in Manufacturing and Healthcare sectors. Previously, he was with the global research division at McKinsey & Company. Raghav received an MBA from Management Development Institute, Gurgaon and a Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering from Baroda University.

Saurabh has been with ChrysCapital since August 2016 and was previously with Providence Equity Partners. Prior to Providence, he worked at the Boston Consulting Group and CIVC Partners. Saurabh received an MBA from Kellogg School of Management and a BA in Economics from Carleton College.

Rajiv has been with ChrysCapital since June 2021 and leads investment opportunities in the Consumer sector. He was previously with Premji Invest and prior to that, worked at Antarctica Capital and Temasek Holdings. Rajiv received an MBA from Columbia Business School and a Bachelor’s in Production and Industrial Engineering from IIT Roorkee.

Shuja joined ChrysCapital in February 2024 to set up and lead the fundraising efforts in India. He has 22+ years of experience in Financial Services sector across Mortgages, Insurance and Wealth Management. Prior to joining ChrysCapital, Shuja spent around 17 years at ASK Wealth Advisors. Having spent the initial years as part of the founding team, setting up and growing the wealth business, his last role was as Managing Partner for Western India. Previously, he has been associated with Allegro Capital Advisors, ICICI Prudential LIC and HDFC Ltd. Shuja received an MMS from Sydenham Institute Of Management, Mumbai and holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Mumbai University.

Abhishek joined ChrysCapital in 2023 and was previously with ADV Partners. Prior to that he was with McKinsey & Company. Abhishek received an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow, a bachelor’s degree in engineering from the Netaji Subhas Institute of Technology and has also received his CFA charter.

Arpit has been with ChrysCapital since September 2018 and was previously with Everstone Capital. Prior to that he was with Samara Capital. Arpit received an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow and a Bachelor’s degree in engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras.

Jagriti has been with ChrysCapital since June 2019 and was previously with Faering Capital. Prior to that, she was with Avendus Capital in their investment banking team. Jagriti received an MBA from the Faculty of Management Studies, Delhi University and an MBBS degree from Dr BR Ambedkar University, Agra.

Prachi has been with ChrysCapital since July 2019 and was previously with Baring Private Equity Partners India. Prachi received an MBA from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor’s degree in economics from Delhi University.

Shilpi has been with ChrysCapital since April 2016 and is part of the finance and operations functions. Previously, she was with CX partners in their finance and compliance team. Shilpi is a Chartered Accountant and has received a Master’s degree in commerce from Delhi University.

Venkat joined ChrysCapital in June 2022 and is a part of the finance and operations functions assisting with structuring and tax due diligence. Before joining ChrysCapital, Venkat was Principal at Dhruva Advisors and, prior to that with the Big 4s (EY, KPMG and PwC). He is a Chartered Accountant and holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce from Mumbai University

Aditi has been with ChrysCapital since October 2023 and was previously with Olympus Capital Asia. Prior to that, she was with Citi Group in their investment banking team. Aditi received an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore, is a Chartered Accountant, and has a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from Delhi University.

Connel has been with ChrysCapital since February 2024 as a member of the Investor Relations team. Prior to that, he spent more than a decade at TresVista, where he trained, hired, and managed large teams focused on investments, portfolio management, and fundraising initiatives. Connel is a CFA charter holder and has received his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from St. Xavier’s College, Mumbai

Meghna joined ChrysCapital in November 2023 and was previously the co-founder of a startup. Prior to that she received an MBA from Harvard Business School and has worked at Warburg Pincus and Boston Consulting Group. Meghna received a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science engineering from BITS Pilani and graduated as the University Silver Medallist.

Rishabh has been with ChrysCapital since January 2017 and was previously with Kotak Mahindra in their investment banking team focusing on New Economy. Prior to that, he has worked with Tresvista Financial Services. Rishabh received an MBA from INSEAD and a Bachelor’s degree in Technology from NMIMS.

Shreyansh joined ChrysCapital in January 2021 and was previously with Avendus Capital in their investment banking team focusing on Enterprise Tech & Services. Shreyansh received an MBA from Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta and a Bachelor’s degree in commerce from St. Xavier’s College

Shreya joined ChrysCapital in November 2025 and was previously a Senior Consultant at Bain & Company. Shreya holds an MBA from the Indian School of Business and a Bachelors in Economics from Lady Shri Ram College, University of Delhi.

Aradhana joined ChrysCapital in August 2025. Previously, she was an investment associate at Hellman & Friedman and a consultant at BCG. Aradhana received an MBA from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Biology and Economics from the University of Chicago.   

Garima joined ChrysCapital in June 2022 and was previously working with KKR India. Prior to that, she worked with Credit Suisse and Johnson & Johnson. Garima received an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad and a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering from Delhi College of Engineering.

Rutuj joined ChrysCapital in August 2024. He was previously with Abbott Healthcare in the CEO’s office. Prior to that, he worked with Boston Consulting Group as a Consultant in the Industrials and TMT practice areas.

Rutuj holds an MBA from Kellogg School of Management and a B.Tech from Indian Institute of Technology Kanpur.

Shruti has been with ChrysCapital since September 2022 and was previously with Morgan Stanley in their investment banking team. Prior to that, she has worked with J.P. Morgan. Shruti holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore. She also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and a Master’s degree in Economics from BITS Pilani.

Trishank joined ChrysCapital in April 2024 as Senior Manager – ESG & Finance. Along with leading ESG for the firm, he is a part of the finance function assisting with structuring. Before joining ChrysCapital, Trishank was a Manager, Sustainability at Ernst & Young (EY) and prior to that he has worked in Internal Audit with Mahajan & Aibara and Sharp & Tannan. He is a certified Sustainability & Climate Risk professional from GARP, a Chartered Accountant and holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce from Mumbai University

Pooja has been with ChrysCapital since September 2023, working in the finance and operations functions. Previously, she was part of the Assurance practice at Big Four firms EY and PwC. Pooja is a Chartered Accountant and holds a Master’s degree in Commerce from Mumbai University, as well as a Diploma in IFRS from ACCA.

Pooja has been with ChrysCapital since February 2024 and is part of the finance and operations functions. Previously, she was with Macquarie in their Asset Management team. Pooja is a Chartered Accountant and has completed her Bachelor’s in Commerce from Delhi University.

 Anurag joined ChrysCapital in February 2025. He completed MBA with a gold medal from IIM Bangalore and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Warwick. Previously, he worked with Multiples Alternate Asset Management.

Raghav joined ChrysCapital in August 2025 and was previously a part of the investment banking team at J.P. Morgan. He received an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management – Ahmedabad, and a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from the University of Delhi.

Ranjit has been a part of ChrysCapital since 2025 as a member of the Investor Relations team. Previously, Ranjit was a senior consultant at Kroll (Duff & Phelps) in the private funds advisory and restructuring team. He has worked on secondary advisory mandates, strategic business valuations, and transaction opinions. Ranjit holds a Masters in Finance from King’s College London and  a Bachelor’s degree in Management and Information Technology from University College London.

Ridhi has been with ChrysCapital since November 2024 as a member of the Investor Relations team. Before that, Ridhi worked in the Valuation and Transaction Advisory practice at Kroll (formerly Duff & Phelps). Ridhi is a Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from Mumbai University.

Uditi joined ChrysCapital in February 2023 as a part of the investor relations team, having previously worked with D. E. Shaw & Co. in a similar capacity. She holds an MBA from the Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad, and a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies, Mumbai.

Sakshi joined ChrysCapital in July 2025 as a member of the Investor Relations Team. She is a Chartered Accountant by profession. Prior to joining ChrysCapital, she worked at Kroll in the valuations team for nearly two and a half years. She has completed her articleship with Deloitte and a private equity fund, Access Asset Managers.

Chaitanya Agnihotri joined ChrysCapital in November 2025. He has previously worked with o3 Capital as an Investment Banking Associate focusing on the Healthcare sector. Chaitanya holds an Engineering degree from NIT Nagpur.

Manya Kumar joined ChrysCapital in February 2025. She was previously associated with Premji Invest as an Analyst on their Private Equity Healthcare Team. Manya is a Commerce graduate of Shri Ram College of Commerce (SRCC).

Muskan Jain joined ChrysCapital in February 2025. She was previously associated with Premji Invest as an Analyst focused on the Consumer-Tech and Online Services sectors. Muskan is a Chemical Engineer from IIT Bombay.

Raghav Dhariwal joined ChrysCapital in February 2025. He was previously associated with o3 Capital as an Investment Banking Analyst focusing on M&A in healthcare. Raghav is a Commerce graduate from Shri Ram College of Commerce and has completed CFA Level 2.

Rohnit joined ChrysCapital in January 2025. He was previously associated with Avendus Capital in their investment banking team focusing on Digital & Technology. Rohnit is a Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from Mumbai University.

Yuvraj Sehrawat joined ChrysCapital in November 2025. He was previously associated with o3 Capital as an Investment Banking Analyst focusing on M&A and PE deals in the technology and industrials space. Yuvraj is a Commerce graduate from Shri Ram College of Commerce.

Harsh is a senior advisor and mentor to ChrysCapital. He is the Chairman of Marico, a fast moving consumer goods (FMCG) company, focused on hair and skin care products. Harsh founded Marico in 1990 and has been the driving force behind growing the company. Marico today, is $6 billion in market capitalization, $1 billion in revenues and has operations in 25 countries across Asia and Africa. In addition to his role at Marico, Harsh is the founder of Kaya Clinic, a chain of skin and hair care clinics with more than 100 outlets across India and the Middle East. He also founded the Marico Innovation Foundation, the Mariwala Health Initiative, and Sharrp Ventures, the Mariwala Family Office.

Sri Rajan serves as a Senior Advisor to Enhancin. This includes engagement with portfolio companies and adding to portfolio value creation initiatives. Sri is an Advisory Partner at Bain & Company, following his time as Partner at Cota Capital. He previously held senior leadership roles at Bain across Boston, India, and San Francisco, where he played a key role in founding Bain’s India operations and served as Managing Partner and Chairman. His expertise spans M&A, portfolio value creation, due diligence, customer experience, and growth strategy. Sri holds an undergraduate degree in Physics, a PGDM from IIM, Calcutta and an MBA from Wharton. Sri serves on the boards of various for-profit and non-profit organizations and is the Chair of Akshaya Patra US, supporting the daily feeding of over 2.2 million children in India.

Sonny Iqbal is a Senior Advisor and has deep expertise in leadership, governance, and family-owned enterprise strategy. He is the former co-leader of Egon Zehnder’s Global Family Business Advisory Practice, where he guided some of the world’s most prominent family businesses on succession planning, next-generation transition, and governance design. Sonny has been a key driving force behind strengthening board effectiveness and enabling leadership continuity across multi-generational enterprises.

Sonny has held roles across organizations like Oberoi Group and American Express. He serves as a Trustee of Breakthrough India, contributes to multiple governance-focused initiatives, and is a Fellow at the Institute of Coaching (McLean/Harvard Medical School). Sonny holds a bachelor’s degree from St. Stephen’s College, an MBA from the University of Surrey, and a postgraduate diploma from the Oberoi Centre for Learning and Development.

Ramesh Iyer serves as an Operating Advisor for the Financial Services sector. Ramesh Iyer is the Chairman and Non-Executive Director of Mahindra Susten and the former Vice Chairman & Managing Director of M&M Financial Services. He led the Financial Services Sector of the Mahindra Group, managing total Assets Under Management (AUM) exceeding ₹100,000 crore (approximately $13 billion). This included a listed entity with a market capitalization of over $4 billion, along with an insurance broking arm, rural housing finance, and other financial services. He also oversaw the operations of Mahindra Finance USA, LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Rabobank Group. Actively involved in shaping India’s financial services landscape, Mr. Iyer previously served as the Chairman of the Finance Industry Development Council (FIDC) and as Vice Chairman of the NBFC Committee of the IMC Chamber of Commerce & Industry.

Niren is an Operating Advisor for the Consumer Portfolio. He is the former Chairman and CEO of Panera Brands, a leading restaurant company, focused on digital expansion and loyalty programs. Niren led the company’s growth initiatives and has been the driving force behind its digital transformation. Panera Brands today has over 53 million members in its loyalty program and has implemented a successful subscription model.

Niren previously served as COO of Krispy Kreme, where he tripled enterprise value, and held senior positions at Yum! Brands, including the Global President of KFC. He also serves on the boards of Tufts Medical Center and DKMS, and is an Executive in Residence at Columbia Business School. Niren holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics from St. Stephen’s College and an MBA from the University of Delhi.

Ajay Aggarwal is an Operating Advisor for the Enterprise Technology Portfolio. He comes with over 35 years of experience in global finance and technology across manufacturing and services industry. In his previous role as the CFO and Executive Director at Cyient Ltd., he led strategic growth, overseeing financial initiatives, investor relations, M&A, treasury, financial planning, and procurement. He also contributed to global strategy, diversity, inclusion, and corporate governance.

Ajay has been recognized among Asia’s Best CFOs. He holds an engineering degree from BITS Pilani and is a member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India and the Institute of Cost Accountants of India. He also completed the Advanced Management Program at INSEAD, the brain-based coaching course from Neuroleadership Institute and Independent Director Program
from Director’s Institute. France

Dilip Keshu is an Advisor for the Enterprise Technology Portfolio, bringing deep expertise in digital transformation services and software technology. He is the founder and former CEO of BORN Group, a leading digital, content production and commerce agency that worked with over 1,000 B2b, B2c and B2b2c brands. Under his leadership, BORN was acquired by Tech Mahindra in 2019.

Previously, he was a board member of Pininfarina, a listed company in Italy focused on design and Chief Customer Officer at Xchanging, a FTSE-listed firm. He has built and scaled businesses at the intersection of technology, creativity, and commerce, earning a strong reputation as a strategic leader.

Hariharan serves as an Operating Advisor for the Manufacturing portfolio. He is a seasoned professional with over three decades of experience in agriculture and chemical sectors. He has a proven track record in advising global corporates, private equity and family offices and has successfully led global cross-cultural teams to guide investments across multiple geographies. He specialises in international business strategy, sourcing and markets with focus on regulatory affairs, risk management and policy advocacy. Passionate about mentoring, financial planning, and rural development, Hariharan combines leadership with a strong ethical foundation. He has held leadership positions at Agrocel Industries Ltd, as CEO (Agri Service) and earlier at Excel Crop Care Ltd (now Sumitomo Chemicals India Ltd.

Sanjay joined ChrysCapital in July 2022 as the Operating Partner for the IT and Business Services sector. Sanjay has 30+ years of operating experience in the IT services sector. Prior to joining ChrysCapital, he was the CEO and Managing Director of Larsen & Toubro Infotech (LTI) during the company’s high-growth period of 2015-2022. Under Sanjay’s leadership, LTI crossed $2bn in revenue and its market cap grew 10x. Prior to LTI, he was with Infosys for 15 years and left as the EVP & Global Head of High-Tech, Manufacturing and Engineering Services business. Sanjay holds a degree in Engineering from BITS Pilani, India and is a recipient of the prestigious Distinguished Alumni award.

Parampreet has been with ChrysCapital since June 2018 and was previously with Alvarez & Marsal in their private equity performance improvement practice. He was previously with Bain and Company. Parampreet received an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad and a Bachelor’s degree in Instrumentation and Control Engineering from Netaji Subhas Institute of Technology, University of Delhi.

Unmesh joined Chrys capital in March 2024 as Head of Human Resources and was previously the Chief Talent Officer for Piramal Enterprises Limited, a leading NBFC. Prior to that, he has also worked with Reliance Industries Limited and Tata Motors. Unmesh is a Post Graduate in Human Resources and a Graduate in Commerce from Mumbai university

Dinesh joined ChrysCapital in December 2022 as the Senior Vice President, M&A Business Services. His focus is on driving inorganic growth for ChrysCapital’s portfolio companies in the Business Services sector. Dinesh has 20+ years of professional experience in Corporate Development, Business Development, and Strategy across IT Services and Financial services. Prior to joining ChrysCapital, he was the Global Head – M&A for Larsen & Toubro Infotech (LTI). Prior to that he worked for companies like Accenture, IBM, and Shinsei Bank in Corporate Development / Business Development roles. Dinesh holds a degree in Engineering from National Institute of Technology, Rourkela and MBA from Xavier Institute of Management, Bhubaneswar, India.

Ishaan has been with ChrysCapital since July 2020 and was previously an Engagement Manager with McKinsey & Company. Ishaan received an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore and a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur.

Om has been with ChrysCapital since February 2021 and was previously a Project Leader with Boston Consulting Group. Om received an MBA from the Indian School of Business and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from BITS, Pilani.

Chhavi has been with ChrysCapital since April 2024 and was previously an Engagement Manager with McKinsey & Company, where she focused on the financial services sector. Chhavi has received an MBA from Indian School of Business in 2019 and a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from Shri Ram College of Commerce in 2014.

Siddharth has been with ChrysCapital since December 2022 and was previously an Engagement Manager with McKinsey & Company. Siddharth received an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad and a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering from BITS, Pilani.

Abhishek has been with ChrysCapital since September 2025 and was previously Chief of Staff at Ola Electric, and a Project Leader with Boston Consulting Group. Abhishek received an MBA from the Indian School of Business and a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engg. from MIT, Manipal

Vipul has been with ChrysCapital since November 2024 and was previously an Engagement Manager with McKinsey & Company. He has worked with ITC Limited. Vipul received his MBA from Indian School of Business where he graduated as the Institute Gold Medalist and has a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay.

Sweta joined ChrysCapital in April 2025 and serves as a Senior Manager in the Human Resources team. She brings a rich and diverse background in HR, having previously worked with organizations such as HSBC, Citigroup, Mercer, and BMW. Her experience spans Total Rewards, Performance Management, and HR operations across financial services and consulting industries. She holds an MBA from the International Management Institute (IMI), New Delhi, and earned her bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Communications from Pondicherry University.
